After many delays and email exchanges- Peter did minimum effort. If you are having property disputes, this is Not the survey company to utilize. His employees obviously work hard- but we have been told by many locals that his father would be disappointed in him for treating us so poorly. They obviously have the South Shore Pirate tactics well hidden-He is part of the old boys club and will create a distraction as he signed off on a Provincial road being-Private and did not convert feet to meters when obtaining and reviewing his own material. He was paid in full ($3300) 3 days after he registered his survey (Aug12, 2023). He did Not give us the Gps plot pages and other material that we paid for, therefore we must hire another Surveyor because of his tampering. I give him 1 star because his employees were admirable.
